The LEGO Group Maintains 2018 RepTrak Rating

Fresh from being named the UK’s top Superbrand earlier this week, the LEGO Group has maintained its top ten corporate ranking in the RepTrack 100 Survey. The ranking shows that people still hold the LEGO® brand in high regard, in parts thanks to its on going commitment to environmental responsibilities and strong believe in the importance of play, no matter where a child is from. Their fun natured customer service responses and social media engagement also help them to interact with their customers in a unique way. The ranking is achieved by asking the public in 15 countries about the emotional appeal of a company or brand, with several factors considered. Despite a slight reorganisation last year and a dip in revenue the LEGO Group and the LEGO brand is still a much loved by the public.
