Beyond the brick, there are a wealth of officially licensed LEGO® products created by various brand partners of the LEGO Group. One such partner is ROOM Copenhagen, who have been creating LEGO branded homeware products for a number of years. These range from storage boxes to display cases and even the recent Minifigure mug. But one of their more unusual are these rather funky LEGO Wall Hangers. They are styled on classic 1×1 stud, but are a little bigger. When I covered these just before Christmas, they sparked quite a lot of interest, so now they are available to buy, it’s time to take a closer look at the LEGO Wall Hangers.
The LEGO wall hanger set are colourful upscaled LEGO elements. The multifunctional LEGO iconic shaped wall hangers fit in any room and can be arranged in numerous combinations. Use them as coat hangers or for a fun and playful wall decoration in the kid’s room. Each set includes 3 different sizes; small, medium, large.

As you can see in the image above, the LEGO Wall Hangers are oversized versions of the classic 1×1 stud element. They are exactly the same as their smaller LEGO counterparts, with the LEGO imprint on the top of each stud, it’s not until you flip them over you see the how they can be connected to the wall. Each stud has a removable section, which can be slipped out. This is the section which is screwed to the wall. Once securely on the surface you wish to display the stud, it can be mounted by slipping the stud and clicking it into place.
They aren’t the most practical of hooks, but they are definitely the coolest. They protrude enough of a depth away from the wall to be able to hook things on but to be honest I would assume many will want them to just display. They would make a nice and unique wall feature, think the classic trio of varying flying ducks. The trio of colours also make them suitable for most colour schemes. Although the pastel ones aren’t featured here (I didn’t fancy those colours) they along with the bright and muted colours can easily be integrated into most rooms. There is something cool about oversized LEGO elements, from ROOM’s brick storage boxes to Disguise Inc’s fancy dress weapons, seeing the elements you know and love, blown up to these sort of sizes are great fun to look at.
