As the LEGO® Batman theme makes a return the new set reveals continue. Today new versions of a minifigure-scale Batmobile and Batwing from original Batman films have been revealed. The Batmobile set features the iconic version of Batman’s ride as featured in Tim Burton’s first Batman movie. Whereas the Batwing offers the first version of a smaller scale of Batman’s flyable craft. Both feature two minifigures – Batman and The Joker. This isn’t the first time this Batmobile has appeared in this scale, a similar-sized set was released as a GWP item in 2019 and there will also be a slightly different version in the recently revealed Batcave Shadow Box set. The new 1989 Batmobile set can be pre-ordered now with both sets being released on August 1st along with a new 4+ Joker’s Car set, also featuring Batman and The Joker.
