The LEGO® BOOST range will soon be expanded with a new Star Wars themed set called Droid Commander. After the LEGO Star Wars BOOST Droid Commander app was revealed, today the Designer Video has been released, which gives a better look at how the Droid work; as well as some of the concept models. Members of the LEGO Design Team, Carl Merriam and Steve Geist, discuss how the Star Wars themed version of BOOST was created and how the dedicated app can be used to bring the three iconic Star Wars Droids to life. According to the LEGO BOOST website, the site is due for release in September, but I have a feeling it may arrive before that.
