  2. I went in Southampton Lego store today 21/10 and found a part that I had lost at home and couldn’t find on line. I queued up to pay for the piece and the lady told me to just put it in my pocket ( the lady was the manager called Sarah).

    What fabulous customer service !

You made a 53 year old lady very happy today – thank you

  3. We just need a missing piece 6015452 the White House my son was enjoying building. He finds it a relaxing hobby until a piece is found to be missing again. We are disappointed to find this to be as we do enjoy Lego building.

Could you please send this missing piece as my son had to wait 5 weeks for the previous missing piece from online. It’s never happened before but we trust that you can ‘redeem’ the situation and make our young son happy.
    Thank you in anticipation.
