The LEGO Group Returns to EGX London with First UK Publicly Playable Demo of LEGO® Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight Videogame
London, 30th September 2025 – The LEGO Group is returning to EGX London for its second year, bringing fans a bigger and bolder celebration of LEGO play. From 24th – 26th October at ExCeL London, visitors will have the chance to discover exclusive product reveals, hands-on gaming experiences, meet the designers of their favourite LEGO Sets and even build alongside one of the UK’s most recognisable creators.
The headline attraction will be the first UK publicly playable demo of LEGO® Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight, the upcoming action-adventure videogame recently announced by Warner Bros. Games. The hotly anticipated title will launch in 2026 for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch™ 2, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store and is inspired by the 86-year history Batman across films, television, comics, and games, all combined with TT Games’ unique LEGO humour. For the first time in the UK, fans can step into Gotham City and experience a section of the game that was debuted at gamescom in Cologne, Germany last month.
Adding to the excitement, Vikkstar (AKA Vikkstar123) from legendary content creator group Sidemen will take to the LEGO mini-stage on Sunday. Fans will be able to meet him, join in unique build challenges and watch him put his creative skills to the test.
Beyond these headline moments, the LEGO stand promises an immersive weekend of play. Visitors can meet the LEGO Minecraft product designer for signings, join in on Q&As and interactive sessions, and see the newly announced LEGO Minecraft sets on physical display for the very first time, alongside the latest LEGO Animal Crossing, Super Mario, Fortnite and Sonic the Hedgehog product releases. Guests can also take part in creative activities including the chance to help build a giant LEGO Fortnite mural wall, revealed piece by piece across the show. Families and fans alike can also capture the moment with themed photo moments and bring home their own builds through special make-and-take experiences.
“EGX is one of the UK’s most important gaming moments, and we’re thrilled to be back for a second year with an even more exciting line-up,” said Kuran Sharma, Head of Marketing for the LEGO Group UK & Ireland. “From the first publicly playable UK demo of LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight to our interactive experiences and creator appearances, the LEGO stand will give gamers of all ages a chance to play, create and be inspired. For the first time, thanks to our partner, Smyths, fans will also be able to purchase LEGO sets directly on-stand — making this year’s experience bigger and better than ever.”
The LEGO Group will be live at EGX London from October 24-26, 2025 at ExCeL London, Stand N1200. Tickets are available now at MCM Comic Con
