This Christmas LEGO® is inviting families to join them in their national #BuildToGive campaign, where you can channel your creativity and let your imagination run wild in order to build your very own LEGO Christmas decoration and help to bring a smile to sick kids in hospitals and hospices across the UK. For every LEGO decoration built and shared using #BuildToGive on social media, LEGO will donate a LEGO set which will be delivered by Fairy Bricks on the run up to Christmas. The last of the #BuildToGive Shopping Centre events takes place this weekend at the St Stephen’s Shopping Centre, Hull. Today you’ll also get to meet LEGO Certified Professional builder Duncan Titmarsh. Learn more about the #BuildToGive campaign here.
LEGO #BuildToGive Shopping Centre Tour
- Saturday 2nd December: 9am – 6pm, with Duncan Titmarsh
- Sunday 3rd December 10.30am – 4.30pm
From beautiful baubles to quirky windowsill decorations, for every dazzling design built or shared, LEGO will gift a LEGO set to a local children’s hospital, to help spread joy and merriment in the lead up to Christmas!
LEGO have pledged to donate up to 20,000 LEGO gifts nationwide, working in partnership with children’s charity Fairy Bricks.
A great way to get involved is to visit us at our shopping centre tour. Each event will have Santa’s helpers on hand to help you supercharge your imagination and get your creative juices flowing! What’s more, LEGO certified Professional Builder Duncan Titmarsh will also be around to share his expert (and top secret!) LEGO building tips (Saturday events only).
Once your build is complete you’ll get to hang it proudly on our Christmas display tree and as a big thank you, each builder will receive a small LEGO gift to take home with them and a small LEGO set will be donated on your behalf to a children’s hospital!
