This week has seen the grand opening of the new LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham. The UK’s second Discovery Centre has proven to be popular with LEGO® loving families, with tickets for the first few days already sold out. If you don’t have a kid who can take you, then you can check the centre out this upcoming Thursday for the first ever AFOL Night. Elsewhere LEGO continue to tease the upcoming new Creator Expert set based on a iconic vehicle from the James Bond 007 movies. Although the set has yet to be officially revealed, many are already judging the set on a leak image. The set will be available from July 18th, where it will be unveiled during a Top Secret event at the LEGO Store London. One of the most popular stories this week has been the reveal of the free LEGO Plants from Plants sets coming next month. This will see the first LEGO elements made from sugarcane appear in a special free set. Catch up with all those and more in out weekly recap.
