Ride The Great LEGO Race VR Coaster At Home

Back in September a new VR Roller Coaster experience called The Great LEGO® Race, was announced for a number of LEGOLAND Parks across the World. In a few weeks time thrill-seekers at the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort will be able to try the ride for themselves with The Great LEGO Rave VR Coaster then opening at both LEGOLAND Florida Resort and Germany’s LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort in 2018. But if you can’t get to any of these LEGOLAND locations you can still experience the ride for yourself right now. The company behind the ride has added part of the ride to their Coastiality app, which is available for iOS and Android devices. Once you’ve downloaded the app, select the ‘Beginners’ tab and download The Great LEGO Race experience. This is a fully immersive VR experience so you can play it and move your mobile device around to look around during the race. But for the best experience pop your phone into a VR device like the Google Cardboard VR viewer to experience the ride almost as if you were actually riding it.
