Merlin Entertainment, who co-own LEGOLAND® parks across the globe, have joined forces with Coca Cola Enterprises UK to offer half price entry to Merlin Attractions. All you need to do is recycle a plastic bottle. Customers will receive 50% off entry to some of the UK’s most popular family attractions, including Alton Towers Resort, Thorpe Park, Chessington World of Adventures and of course LEGOLAND Windsor, in exchange for used plastic drink bottles. Visitors to LEGOLAND Windsor and other Merlin locations, will find a special vending machine at the entrance. Simply pop in a used plastic bottle and the machine will dispense a voucher to for half price entry, which can be used instantly. Although the Recycle Reward Vending Machines can only be found at the four Merlin locations listed above you can use your voucher to gain entry to over 10 other Merlin parks and attractions including LEGOLAND Discovery Centres in Birmingham and Manchester. Not only will you save money on your ticket, you’ll also be helping to reduce the number of plastics going to landfill or worst our oceans. This indirectly supports the same stance the LEGO Group is taking by focusing their environmental responsibility.
