If you’ve been on LEGO.com recently you may have noticed a new ‘Sort By’ option which organizes sets by their piece count, which inspired a new feature dubbed Piece Count Countdown. This takes a look at a certain theme and lists the 10 sets with the greatest piece count. With the advent of sets aimed toward older LEGO® fans, these larger, more detailed sets command a higher piece count. The first theme to get the Piece Count Countdown treatment is LEGO Marvel. It’s been one of the most varied themes and also one to benefit from the recent flurry of sets aimed toward an adult audience. But the line-up doesn’t just feature the large display pieces, there are plenty of playsets with lots of LEGO elements as well. So here’s the LEGO Marvel Piece Count Countdown.
