Minifigure Display Solutions From iDisplayit

A new year often means it’s time for people to get their lives sorted be that through diets, exercise or having a good tidy-up. A new year also means it’s time for a new series of LEGO Minifigures. If, like me, your mass of mini LEGO people is getting out of hand, why not gather them together in one of these nifty display cases from iDisplayit. The case comes as a flat pack kit, comprising of a base, three-step shelves and the supports to hold them in place along with the clear acrylic side panels and lid. They are well packaged with every piece coated in a removable protective covering, which can be a little tricky to peel off. Once everything is unpacked, the case is straightforward to piece together. The black sections clip together with each section of the base having slots for 10 1×2 round plates to be added. These are included with the display case. The clear parts of the case are slotted into the black base and then there are 8 pegs which are pushed into the side panels. With these in place, the front and back panels are then screwed into them.

With everything in place, the case has room for 40 minifigures. As there are only 2 studs per slot, there isn’t really room for any additional accessories such as animals. These can always be mounted on its own peg or if you get a little creative you can use the display plates to get even more minifigures in there. This method could be a little cramped. iDisplayit offers various sizes of cases for minifigures along with generic cases for other LEGO models and those created for specific sets. They are a great way to keep minifigures space and dust-free. I would recommend putting the case together in as clean an area as you can because the static caused by removing the covering can attract dust and hair, super easily (as you can see from some of the images in this feature)
