LEGOLAND Set Launches Tomorrow At LEGOLAND Windsor

A few weeks ago a new LEGOLAND® playset was discovered in LEGOLAND Billund. Now the set has made its way to the UK and will be on sale from tomorrow at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The set is the first time a large scale park playset has been created and although it’s based on the Billund park, it can be customised with stickers to be any one of the other LEGOLAND parks dotted around the world, including the upcoming New York park, opening in 2020. The set will cost £129.99 and will be available exclusively at LEGOLAND stores. It will also be available at both Manchester and Birmingham Discovery Centres. As well as LEGOLAND locations worldwide.

Update: It seems Windsor have either got their pricing wrong or are charging exceptionally more than everywhere else as it’s reportedly being sold for £80 in UK LDC stores and around the equivalent price in other countries. I’ve asked Windsor to clarify their pricing.

  3. LDC Manchester were selling the set for £80 up to this weekend gone(1.6.19). Then they heard about the price at Windsor and have now put their price up to the £129.99 price. So £80 was obviously Merlins RRP as this is what stores in Europe mainland are using. Although Lego keeps passing the buck when ever you complain to them about Merlin and LDC they must have a say in what happens so I think we should start complaining to them about this kind of thing like we did with the country specific sets. I was lucky to get mine for £80 at Manchester but it is unfair for everyone else(it would be cheaper to get the set direct from Europe if you can).£50 is a huge difference.
