After sponsoring motoring on TV channel Dave, the LEGO Group are set to target adult LEGO® fans again as the programme sponsor of new Channel 4 car show Mission Ignition. The show will feature LEGO Technic branding and products, before and after ad breaks. Mission Ignition may not have a LEGO brick in sight, but the theme of it is in the very much realms of LEGO building. In Mission Ignition two teams are faced with a completely disassembled classic car, which they must piece back together. It’s the perfect show to carry the Technic branding and you can catch the first episode on Channel 4 this Saturday 8:30 pm and on All 4 once shown on TV. If you don’t have room to rebuild a Porsche 944 Cabriolet or a Lotus Elan S2, then maybe one of the many great LEGO Technic sets currently available, would be better suited for your own building challenge.
