As Star Wars Celebration heads off to Japan in 2025, the excitement around Star Wars Celebration Europe is still in the air. The LEGO Group had a presence at the event with a booth and build area and invited us along to take a look. BricksFanz London correspondent Robin headed to the event on both Friday and again yesterday. Although the event on a whole was quite packed with visitors, the LEGO® Star Wars stand in particular was heaving. The LEGO Star Wars stand had a number of the new LEGO Star Wars sets on display including the UCS X-wing, Young Jedi Adventures Jedi Temple and the two latest Diorama Collection scenes. Members of the LEGO Star Wars Design Team were on hand to show off the new sets, including Henrik Andersen, designer of the upcoming X-wing.
Fans visiting the LEGO Star Wars stand could purchase a number of sets, including early access to the upcoming LEGO BrickHeadz Heroes of Endor set. My review of the new set will be live in a few days. If you spent £40 or more on the stand you could also receive an exclusive Star Wars Celebration printed tile.
Finally, Fairy Bricks created a number of impressive LEGO recreations of Star Wars posters. These featured the Mandalorian character posters for Din Djarin and Ahsoka, along with the 40th Anniversary of Return of the Jedi logo. Fans could also join in on the fun by helping to build Star Wars-themed mosaics which featured the Millenium Falcom and a TIE Bomber
Thank you LEGO UK for inviting BricksFanz to Star Wars Celebration 2023 and big thanks to Robin for popping along to the event. Images in this article were taken by Robin and Fairy Bricks.
