LEGO Ranked World’s Most Reputable Company

The LEGO Group have been named the world’s most reputable company. The company has hit the top spot of the Reputation Institute’s annual RepTrak®100 list. To determine the list, RI surveyed more than 230,000 individuals in 15 countries from January to February 2020. The ranking measures how people connect to a brand or company, be it through their products or services. The LEGO Group is well known for its excellent customer service and its fanbase crosses generations.

THE LEGO GROUP RANKED AS THE WORLD’S MOST REPUTABLE COMPANY

BILLUND – March 3, 2020: Today, Reputation Institute released the annual RepTrak®100 survey, ranking the LEGO Group as the most highly regarded company in the world when it comes to corporate reputation.

Chief Executive Officer of the LEGO Group, Niels B. Christiansen, commented on the results:

The RepTrak®100 study developed by Reputation Institute measures the corporate reputation of 100 companies by asking the public in 15 countries questions about the emotional appeal of each company. The study scores the companies on seven dimensions: Products & Services, Innovation, Workplace, Governance, Citizenship, Leadership and Performance.
