LEGO Collectible Cards Coming Back To Sainsbury’s

The Sainsbury’s LEGO® Trading Card collection is returning to Sainsbury’s and Sainsbury’s Local stores next week. You may remember last year, Sainsbury’s and the LEGO Group joined forces for the Create The World promotion. This resulted in an exclusive Create the World LEGO sets and a series of LEGO themed trading cards. The cards took the UK by storm with kids and adults alike trying to collect them all. Swap events even cropped up in larger Sainsbury’s stores. Only confirmed details are that you’ll get a pack of four cards when you spend £10 or more, and there’ll be 140 cards to collect. I’m still waiting on full details of the promotion but last time around you got a pack of free cards when you spent certain amount in both Sainsbury’s and Sainsbury’s Local stores, plus you could also purchase booster packs and a special collectors album, which became almost impossible to buy. The LEGO Trading Card promotion begins on August 28th.
