Later today NASA will land the Perseverance Rover on the surface of Mars. This will see the Rover seek signs of ancient life and collect samples of rock and regolith for possible return to Earth. LEGO® City News have been joining in the excitement surrounding this special moment, with Gabby ToCamera and Craig Woodman on hand to cover the upcoming event. The LEGO Group and NASA have been working closely for a number of years. In the past LEGO characters have been taken into space, a trio of very special Minifigures were created for the Juno spacecraft and the NASA has helped in the creation of a number of LEGO sets. You can follow the Perseverance Rover Landing here and learn more about the landing from a Minifigure’s point of view here.
