Inside LEGOLAND Documentary Review

Tonight at 8 pm on Channel 5, a new documentary series begins, which goes behind the scenes at the popular UK theme park. Thanks to Channel 5, I’ve had an advanced preview of the first three episodes. Inside LEGOLAND® is a four-part show, which as the name suggests, heads behind the scenes of the daily running of LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. Although the park is filled with LEGO®, there are far more things happening there which go beyond the bricks. In episode one, you’ll get to see how the large-scale LEGO models are kept cleaned and repaired. See how rides are maintained and checked for faults, plus head inside the model makers workshop. There is also a peek inside the two LEGOLAND Hotels. It’s an interesting look at the park, even if it’s not all focused around LEGO. For the average LEGO fan, seeing how the brick-built models are created is the most interesting aspect of the show. Obviously the series began filming before the COVID-19 pandemic, how things run at the park now are vastly different.

You can catch the first episode of Inside LEGOLAND: A World of Wonder Sundays at 8 pm on Channel 5.
