Huge LEGO Titanic Replica Builds Confidence

A Icelandic LEGO® fan has has been an impressive LEGO recreation of the famous doomed ship, the Titanic. 15 year old Brynjar Karl Birgisson, used over 65,000 LEGO elements to recreate the Titanic, which will now be displayed in the US. The ship has previously been displayed in various locations in Europe, but will now be on show in the Titanic Museum in Tennessee. Impressive as the build is, the best thing to come out of this story is how LEGO has helped Brynjar, who is autistic. Before completing his build, Byrnjar wouldn’t communicate, but he has gained the confidence to communicate more in order to tell people about this creation. Further proof that LEGO is far more than just a toy. Learn more about Brynjar and his Titanic build here.
