Horizon Zero Dawn Could Be Joining The LEGO Line-up

After successful partnerships with Nintendo, SEGA and Microsoft, it seems the LEGO Group will soon be partnering with Sony for a possible set inspired by Guerrilla Games’ futuristic adventure Horizon Zero Dawn. The game follows the adventures of Aloy, who lives in a world in which machines have evolved into sentient beasts. One such creature is the Tallneck, which is best described as an oversized giraffe-type machine. Aloy uses them to unlock various bits of information. It seems we could be getting a brick-built version as part of the rumoured LEGO® Gaming sub-theme. German retailer Warner24 have a product listing for set 76989, which is shown as being LEGO Gaming Horizon Zero Dawn Tallneck. If this is indeed a real set, it will most likely be available in May 2022. I really hope it is, as Horizon was one of my favourite PS4 games and I completed the DLC on PS5, I can’t wait for the sequel to arrive in the new year.
