Whether it is a call, chat, or email to LEGO Consumer Services, a visit to the local LEGO store or a quick post on social media, the LEGO Group is constantly seeing a call for help by fans in need of a detective to help solve a great mystery… “Does anyone recognize this piece/set/partial build?” They are interested in learning more about this fan activity.
It’s only available in English. This survey is being done by AFOL Engagement to learn more about this behaviour they are seeing more and more across all the different ways that AFOLs and other consumers engage with the LEGO Group.
