Earlier this month the LEGO Group announced various activities focused toward the Asian market. Within that announcement were details of sets being created to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Something which was noted as being a first for the Asian market. Many pointed out that various LEGO® sets have been created before for seasonal events including the Chinese New Year. However now the officially images have been revealed, it’s clear these are far more than just a couple of seasonal sets. The three sets are surprisingly large scale and very detailed, as well as containing a number of minifigures. Check out two of them below, images of a third set, named Dragon Boat Race is out in the wild but still watermarked. I think it would be a great shame is these sets are limited to the Asian market. Hopefully they will at least be made available worldwide via shop.LEGO.com.
