It’s a widely regarded fact that the LEGO® Customer Service Team is rather awesome. Their often witty and personal responses to customers emails, as well as going above a beyond to provide excellent help for LEGO fans is well reported. Much of the LEGO Customer Services Team work out of the UK LEGO offices in the glamourous town of Slough. Now you can get a sneak peek behind the scenes of the LEGO UK Slough office and a chance to meet a trio of Customer Service representatives currently working remotely from home. It’s a nice way to showcase the great folks who work at LEGO Customer Services to provide help for LEGO fans across the world.
