After enquiring with LEGO UK it’s been confirmed that as a mark of respect for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and in observance of the national holiday, all UK LEGO® Stores along with the UK customer service line will be closed on Monday 19th September. Everything will reopen as normal the following day. The LEGO Group join a number of UK retailers and organisations in closing on Monday, the day of the state funeral, as a mark of respect and to allow staff to observe the moment of national mourning. If you really need to buy LEGO products during this time, you can do so online. I’m awaiting a statement with will be added below.
