Gamescom begins later this evening with Opening Night Live before the show floor opens its doors to visitors tomorrow. The LEGO Group have a booth at this year’s event so we could expect some LEGO-related news over the next few days. Although it’s possible a new LEGO® game could be revealed, the booth will most likely focus on previously revealed content such as LEGO Fortnite and the upcoming LEGO Horizon Adventures games, with the latter possibly getting a release date. Supposedly, TT Games is currently working on a LEGO title on a similar scale as The Skywalker Saga and Light Brick Studios have been crafting its second game. It seems the multi-game partnership with 2K Games isn’t extending beyond LEGO 2K Drive, with zero news on any further games. LEGO Hill Climb will be featured heavily on Fingersoft’s stand which is expected to feature a life-sized model of the in-game Hill Climb Mk2 vehicle. Stay tuned for any news from the event over the next few days. You can watch Opening Night Live using the stream below.
