With just a few weeks to go before Star Wars Celebration returns to London, news of the LEGO Groups’ involvement in the event is a little light. But there will be some LEGO® Star Wars content on offer with a LEGO Star Wars panel. The panel will take place on Saturday, April 8th at 12 pm and will focus on sets inspired by the Return of the Jedi, which celebrates its 40th Anniversary this year. Unfortunately, the organisers of the event have decided media outlets aren’t worth allowing to attend the event, only influencers.
Join fellow collectors in a trilogy of deep dives, starting with a celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Return of the Jedi with an in-depth look at all of the LEGO sets based on the third Star Wars movie, followed by an inspection of the lesser known subthemes of the LEGO Star Wars licence and capped off with a look at how LEGO has evolved their iconic X-wing set from a blocky children’s toy to a highly detailed model aimed at adult collectors.
