Norwegian Airlines Offers UK To Billund Flights
Over the weekend, Ryanair flew its last flight to Billund. The budget airline has withdrawn from Billund Airport and ceased all flights to and from there. Thankfully, Norwegian Airlines has stepped in and will now offer a new route from the UK to Billund. From June 30th, UK passengers will be able to fly directly from London Gatwick to Billund. Those in Billund will also have a new means to visit the UK. The new route will be...
LEGO Yellow Travel Suitcase Set Revealed
A fun new LEGO® set has appeared on LEGO.com called the Yellow Travel Suitcase. As the name suggests, it features a buildable travel case, similar to pull-along cases many people use when they head off on their holidays. Opening it up reveals several travel accessories, such as a camera, toothbrush, passport and, oddly, a sandwich. The set also includes a sticker sheet so the case can be decorated. The set will be released on April...
LEGO Travel Luggage Arrives In The UK
A couple of years ago a range of LEGO Travel Luggage was released. They included a rather cool-looking travel case styled to look like a 2×3 LEGO brick. I’ve not seen them easily available in the UK but thankfully you can now find them at Costco UK. The member-only retailer is offering two luggage sets, which feature the hard case along with a 1×2 brick backpack. The case has wheels and a handle with the accompanying...
Flights To Billund From Birmingham Extended
As reported back in June, Ryanair started offering direct flights to Billund from Birmingham beginning last weekend. They were initially only being run over the winter period but the route has been extended into the whole of 2023. There are direct flights from Birmingham to Billund every Friday and Sunday until March. Then they change to Thursday and Sunday each week. This makes it far easier for those in the Midlands to make the trip...

Had enough of all the new LEGO® set reveals or are you thirsty for more? Good because there’s more and this is a new style novelty from the LEGO Creator line. As we saw last year, the theme was used to bring a number of sets based on certain locations, which neatly tied to certain LEGO stores. This year will see buildable LEGO Postcards released, with the first two sets based on both New York and Beijing. There are vaguely...
WHSmith Partners With LEGO For US Airport Store
The US has gained it’s first-ever LEGO® store within Salt Lake City International airport. This is a result of a new partnership with Marshall Retail Group, who are now owned by struggling UK retailer WHSmith. Airports are no strangers to LEGO stores, with a number already featured in various other locations. With WHSmith rapidly expanding across airports globally, they even have a store at Billund Airport. This new link-up may...
UK Travel To Denmark Now Allowed
COVID-19 has caused many issues including travelling beyond your country of residence. However, the UK Government has published a list of ‘open’ countries which will not require people travelling from, to quarantine for 2 weeks. So that means travel to Denmark is now possible, and it’s possible to visit LEGO® House and other LEGO attraction in Billund. As it currently stands the Danish Government classes the UK as an...
