The upcoming Series 27 LEGO® Minifigures are due to be released on January 1st and you can pre-order them now from The Minifigure Store. You can pre-order a full set of the series 27 LEGO Minifigures and a full, sealed box. A full box of 36 minifigures should result in three full sets. You can pre-order a full set of Series 27 LEGO Minifigures here, you will receive all 12 characters and their accessories.
