The latest series of LEGO® Minifigures has been officially revealed, and they could be the best line-up yet. Series 28 includes 12 animal-themed costumed characters, each wearing a unique outfit. They include a Koi Carp, Monkey, Peacock, Frog, Crocodile, Lion, Dolphin, Koala, Easter Bunny, White Cat, Parrot and Dalmatian Puppy. They also include some interesting printed pieces, but no new accessories. Instead, each character uses a new hood element to recreate their chosen animals. The Series 28 characters are available in various packs, including full boxes of 36 minifigures, stack packs of 12, and boxes of 6. Once they’re widely available, you’ll also be able to scan boxes to find specific characters. The Series 28 LEGO Minifigures launch on January 1st. Keep an eye out for my review later this week.
