LEGO® Books publishing partner, Ameet Publishing, has revealed its 2027 slate of LEGO titles. The range includes the usual mix of titles inspired by various LEGO themes such as LEGO City, NINJAGO, Botanicals, Minecraft, Star Wars, DC and Marvel. Oddly, LEGO Friends doesn’t appear in the line-up. Highlights of the range include new additions to the Desk/Tiny Pets range, adding a Mouse and a Peacock, along with a book featuring three festive mini animal builds.
The ‘tiny’ concept will also expand to non-organic beings with the introduction of LEGO Tiny Robots. The first two Tiny Robots will include a Construction Bot and a Rescue Bot. There will also be Minecraft Mini Mobs, which are similar to the Pets and Robots but are inspired by Minecraft’s in-game mob enemies.
The LEGO ReCreate range of bricks and card packs will feature several new titles. The ReCreate packs include a selection of bricks and prompt cards suggesting things to build inspired by various subjects. Some of the new-for-2027 packs will include location-specific packs inspired by iconic cities such as London, Paris, New York and Sydney.
The 2027 LEGO Botanicals books will focus on the relaxing joys of adult colouring. The colouring craze was big a few years ago, and the new books will feature images of LEGO Botanicals plants and flowers.
With Star Wars set to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2027, an adult market-focused book called Celebrate the Saga will showcase various LEGO Star Wars sets inspired by 50 years of Star Wars adventures. It doesn’t look as in-depth as some of the similar titles from DK Books, but it will include a premium slipcase and unique LEGO Star Wars art prints.
