This year marks the 40th Anniversary of the LEGO Technic brand and throughout 2017 a number a great new sets have been released to celebrate this special milestone. A trio of new sets have just been released and each contains a special 40th Anniversary LEGO Technic element. As you can see from the images below, each of these new sets are all pretty cool, we especially like the Airport Rescue Vehicle, as it reminds us of the one at Billund Airport. 42068: Airport Rescue Vehicle

This highly detailed 2-in-1 LEGO® Technic model comes with a vibrant blue, red, yellow and black color scheme and a host of authentic features, including huge chunky tires, heavy-duty bull bar with chain and hook, movable lights and a detailed driver’s cab with opening doors.
