The LEGO® Store in the St Davis’s Centre in Cardiff is on the move. After 15 years, the store will be moving to a larger retail unit within the same shopping centre. The new location will follow the updated LEGO retail concept and feature an improved Pick-a-Brick selection, Build a Minifigure tower and other interactive elements including LEGO models unique to the store. The new and improved Cardiff LEGO Store is planned to open this Summer

The LEGO Group brings even more building fun to Cardiff as the LEGO® Store relocates this summer!

10th July 2025 – LEGO® fans in Cardiff are in for a treat, as the LEGO Group announce the LEGO Store will relocate to a bigger store in St David’s Centre later this summer.

The LEGO Store Cardiff has been delighting shoppers in the city for almost 15 years and has a strong following of fans of all ages. The new and improved store will offer visitors opportunities to fully immerse themselves in the world of LEGO building, with imagination and creativity throughout the store, including:

• LEGO Pick a Brick Wall: a great way for customers to select the exact elements that they require for their builds.
• Giant models: incredible large scale LEGO models unique to Cardiff.
• Hands-on Play Opportunities: including free build challenges and events each month.
• Build a Minifigure Tower: visitors can mix and match from a wide selection of bottoms, tops, heads, hair pieces and accessories to customise LEGO minifigures.
• Store Associates: whether customers are picking out a gift, looking for the latest set, or bringing a LEGO fan in for a special treat, the LEGO team can help find the perfect set for everyone.

There are currently 20 LEGO Stores in the UK and the Cardiff Store relocation will provide visitors with an upgraded store that showcases the very best LEGO Brand experiences to our much loved community. This follows an extremely successful year for The LEGO Group in 2024 opening stores in Cribbs Mall, Bristol and across Europe.
