Some big changes have been made to the way LEGO® Insiders works. Since LEGO VIP became LEGO Insiders, the way the loyalty program has worked has largely remained unchanged. Thankfully, these newly revealed changes will genuinely improve things. You can now redeem physical rewards and have them directly added to your bag. There will be no need to generate a code and manually add it during the checkout process. Better still, you can redeem up to three Insiders rewards in one transaction. Unfortunately, despite items being directly added to your basket, you still need to place an order with non-reward items for the rewards to be shipped.
