Several new LEGO® Marvel sets have been released today, and among them are a few inspired by the world of Spider-Man. Unlike many of the Marvel sets, this one is merely inspired by the Marvel universe, rather than being based on a specific part of it, such as the MCU. It also includes a few decent minifigures, including the return of the Hobgoblin and Anti-Venom’s second outing for 2025. Here’s a look at the mini modular set, Peter Parker’s Apartment.

The Spider-Man sets have been the source of several similar mini buildings. Most recently, it was a New York Deli featuring Miles Morales. This time it’s the turn of Peter Parker’s home, which he appears to share with MJ. The two-storey building includes various details around the exterior, including wayward webbing and a fun Daily Bugle poster. It also includes a slightly awkward play feature, which should allow you to blast off the upper corner of the building by pushing it a rod on the rear of the set. It’s not the easiest thing to deploy.
Inside may be short on space, but it’s not short on details. The lower floor features a basic kitchen and a couple of transparent pegs, which aren’t lights but perches for Peter to hang from. Upstairs is a little more exciting and includes several stickered pieces with fun nods to the wider Spider-Man universe, such as the Daily Bugle website, the Iron Spider and Peter’s love of science. Yes, that’s praise for stickers.
Along with the apartment building, the set also includes two additional mini builds. One is a spider-themed robot, which can be ridden by Spider-Man or remotely controlled by MJ. The second is the Hobgoblin’s glider, which is similar to the one used by Green Goblin and includes space to mount the Hobgoblin’s Pumpkin Bombs.
The set features four minifigures, including Peter Parker’s Spider-Man, Mary Jane Watson, Anti-Venom and Hobgoblin. The Spidey minifigure is one of the most common versions of the character. But it does include the option to replace Spider-Man’s mask with Peter Parker’s. Despite Mary Jane’s connection to Spider-Man, the character has only appeared in a handful of sets, most of which predate the Marvel theme. This latest version is mostly made up of parts previously used in other sets.
Venom has woven his way into many different sets, but his lighter counterpart, Anti-Venom, only made its minifigure debut earlier this year. The Anti-Venom minifigure is identical to the one found in the Spider-Man Mech vs Anti-Venom set. The highlight of the sets is Hobgoblin. This villainous for has only ever appeared in one other set, back in 2016. The new version is an impressive minifigure, ditching a material cape for a moulded one which pairs perfectly with the hooded element. It also has an amazingly maniacal set has expressions. You’ll also notice Hobgoblin sports a pair of Pumpkin Bombs. These flame-engulfed minifigure heads look similar to past elements such as Ghost Rider’s head. But unlike those, this new version has removable flames.
As mentioned in the intro, this is a mini modular set and can be combined with set 76324: Spider-Man Vs. Oscorp. You can link both sets with the pegs and holes found on the side of the building. But the apartment is a great little set in its own right. It has some fun little details, in particular the various stickers, and I like that you can attach webs and the characters to the building at different points. It also has a couple of uncommon minifigures, with Hobgoblin being the highlight.
