A few weeks ago I reported that the new LEGO® Harry Potter sets could be pre-ordered at Smyths Toys. They had them listed as being expected between May 20th – 25th, which is a little ahead of their official released date of June 1st. Well it appears the retailer has had them in even earlier than expected as my pre-order was ready yesterday. When I visited the store to pick my order up, I decided to have a stroll down the LEGO aisle, as it would be rude not to. As well as the Knight Bus, a number of the new Summer sets were already on the shelves including a couple of LEGO NINJAGO, LEGO Batman and LEGO City sets. Not all the new sets are available and this may vary by store. They aren’t showing on the Smyths website so you can’t check stock online. However if you search the Knight Bus, it will show if your local store has any and it would be safe to assume they may have some of the other new sets as well. I’ve picked up a couple and will be reviewing them over the next few days starting with the Knight Bus.
