It looks like LEGO® Books has added a new publishing partner to its ever-growing list, with IGN revealing a new LEGO art book from Dark Horse Books. The book in question is focused on the much-loved LEGO Classic Space theme and takes an in-depth look at the theme’s various sets released between 1978-1992. It’s listed on Amazon as Volume 1 so follow-up books could take a look at other eras of LEGO Space and beyond. The IGN article notes the book will offer behind-the-scenes insight from LEGO Group employees and facts about LEGO Space sets, plus loads of lovely pictures. It’s authored by Tim Johnston of New Elementary fame, so you know it’s going to be an interesting read. It’s currently set to be published in October by Dark Horse Books. Learn more over on IGN.

Ouch. For that price, it better include a new Astronaut minifig! THAT’D be awesome.

Looks good. Pity about the flopped image. Hopefully, this is just a prototype cover.
