To clarify the sets limited availability depending on region. There are numerous legal requirements for various products, including toys. This is why standard LEGO sets come in two versions. The US boxes have to show piece counts and other additional information, that other countries don’t. Which is why the LEGO House sets are not available to those in North America. The LEGO House sets being sold online are stock taken from LEGO House, they have not been created especially for online sales. This is due to the LEGO House attraction being closed because of COVID-19. Therefore they cannot produce new packaging or ‘slap a sticker’ on the boxes. This is an extremely unique one-off event.
