Fortnite is well known for its ever-changing wealth of content and game modes. These ‘Limited Time Modes’ or LTMs help keep the game fresh and provide new game experiences for new or returning players. The biggest additions to Fortnite are three brand new game modes – Rocket Racing, Fortnite Festival and LEGO® Fortnite, the latter being of most interest to LEGO fans. Epic Games has confirmed that all three new experiences are permanent additions to Fortnite and will have new content added to them going forward.
For LEGO Fortnite, there will be new modes and content added regularly along with plenty of current and future characters getting LEGO Styles. It’s also been suggested that many licensed characters will also be transformed into digital minifigures, with many of the game’s Star Wars and Marvel avatars adding to the game’s impressive line-up of original characters. So LEGO Fortnite is here to stay and it will be interesting to see how it evolves in the future and if the new partnership with Epic will also result in Fortnite sets. LEGO Fortnite is available to play for free within the main Fortnite platform.
