LEGO Brick Shelf Homeware Review

ROOM has been producing oversized versions of LEGO bricks and elements for a number of years now. These have been crafted into various homeware products, mainly focused around storage. Recent additions to the range include Wall Hangers, Magnets and Picture Frames. Now the iconic 2×4 LEGO brick is the inspiration for a number of Brick Shelves.

The Brick Shelf is best described as a couple of 2×4 bricks stacked on top of each other and then hollowed out to create an enclosed shelf. The opening is big enough to display a small LEGO set, some Minifigures or other small knick-knacks. Don’t expect to get your book collection in there. Despite the small size, it’s a fun looking way to display things and express your love of LEGO. It can be mounted on a wall via two holes on the back, they can also be stacked just like LEGO bricks. The range includes a 2×2 brick as well, which is compatible with this larger version. The only downside is the open front gap, this would have been great if it had a transparent covering to stop the dust getting in. They are also quite costly should you want to adorn your wall with a few of them.

The LEGO Brick Shelf range is available from Amazon. You can also find them in selected retail stores.
