The first trailer for Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 has been released. This will be the final film in the trilogy featuring the current crew of a-holes. It will also inspire a least one new LEGO Marvel set in 2023, after all the Guardians have inspired plenty of sets including this year’s LEGO Marvel Advent Calendar. As you can see from the trailer there are a few new characters who could get the minifigure-treatment including Adam Warlock, plus the Guardians sport new comic-accurate uniforms and some colourful space suits. I would be surprised if their new ship, The Bowie, doesn’t inspire a set as well. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 arrives in cinemas next May.
