It’s August 1st tomorrow and for those in North America, that means the arrival of numerous new LEGO® sets, including many which have already been available everywhere else. But it’s not just new sets arriving tomorrow, unfortunately, there will also be a few price changes, with many previously released sets going up in price. Price increases will vary but they seem to be focused on many of the larger sets and those intended for adult fans. So expect many of the LEGO ICONS, Creator Expert, Ideas and Technic sets to shoot up in price as well as large-scale sets from other themes such as Star Wars, Marvel and DC. This means, that today is the final chance to grab those sets at their current RRP. There isn’t an exact list of sets but if you had your eye on some of the older bigger sets, you might want to grab them before August 1st begins. Prices increases will also apply elsewhere from September.
