As we near the halfway point, the countdown to Christmas continues with a look behind door number 11 of the LEGO® Advent Calendars. This year we are treated to five different LEGO Advent Calendars, each one filled with a selection of minibuilds and Minifigures. Each day I’ll be sharing the goodies behind each door as we build up to the countdown to Christmas. I’ll be leaving it until late each day so the surprise isn’t ruined. So let’s see what’s behind door number 11 of the LEGO City, LEGO Friends, LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Harry Potter and the LEGO Marvel Advent Calendars.
Some of today’s offerings are a little obscure, especially in the licensed Advent Calendars. The Star Wars Advent Calendar includes a V-35 Courier Landspeeder not the easiest thing to place but a great attempt at the scale. The same can be said about Day 11 of the LEGO Marvel Advent Calendar, which features 2 mini ships – a Mining Pod and one of the Benatar’s Space Pods. In the Harry Potter Advent Calendar is a recreation of the Triwizard Cup. The Friends Advent Calendar features a very small ice skating pond. Finally, the LEGO City Advent Calendar offers a less stunt-worthy vehicle which is coloured to match Raze’s outfit from yesterday.
