May the 4th aka Star Wars Day has become just as important as Christmas and Easter in the world of LEGO®. This year’s celebrations also marked the 40th anniversary of Return of the Jedi and it’s been an especially cool time for Lucasfilm employees. Animator Director at ILM, a part of the Lucasfilm family, Hal Hickel, has shared an image of the gift employees received on Star Wars Day. It’s a LEGO brick recreation of the iconic Yoda Fountain, which was inspired by a statue from the Skywalker Ranch. This special set was created solely as a gift for Lucasfilm staff and will not be made available to the public. Although I’m sure someone will take a shot a recreating the 152-piece build.

Dear bricksfanz-team,
The fountain is not on the Skywalker Ranch but in front of the entrance to the Letterman Digital Arts Center, Lucasfilm, in the Presidio, San Francisco, California, USA. In this respect, a suitable gift for the employees who work there.
Best regards from Nuremberg, Germany
