This time next week, LEGO® Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will be playable for owners of the Deluxe Edition. Not only does this offer 3-day early access to the game, but you’ll also get day one access to additional content. This includes the Legacy Collection, which features 28 costumes for the games’ playable characters. Plus 20 Batcave builds and 4 vehicles. The Deluxe Edition also gives you access to the upcoming Mayhem Collection. This lets you play as the Joker and Harley Quinn in new story content and Mayhem Mode. LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight launches on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on May 22nd, with early access from May 19th. A Switch 2 version will arrive later this year.
LEGO® Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight Deluxe Edition Trailer Reveals First Look at DC’s The Joker & Harley Quinn as Playable Characters, Plus New Suits, Vehicles, and More
Warner Bros. Games today released a new LEGO® Batman™: Legacy of the Dark Knight trailer spotlighting the Deluxe Edition, which offers a wide range of content to expand the experience.
All Deluxe Edition pre-orders will receive 72-hour early access to the game beginning on May 19, prior to the main launch on May 22. Start times may vary by platform and region. See retailer for details.
Beginning with the May 19 early access launch, Deluxe Edition owners will have access to new suits, vehicles, and Batcave props inspired by the Batman: Arkham videogame series, Batman Beyond television series, and a party music themed pack to let loose in Gotham City.
Available in September, Deluxe Edition owners can play the upcoming Mayhem Mode featuring The Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters. Each of these DC Super-Villains will have their own abilities, gadgets, and takedowns as they break out of Arkham Asylum and cause chaos on the streets. Additionally, players will unlock a mayhem-themed pack of downloadable content (DLC) that includes new suits for the main game’s playable characters, new Batcave props, and a new Batmobile to traverse the open-world Gotham City.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight launches worldwide on May 22, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). Pre-orders are available now for the Standard and Deluxe Editions of the game on the above-mentioned platforms*. All pre-orders will receive The Dark Knight Returns Batsuit (at launch), inspired by the acclaimed comic book series. Players can also unlock the Golden Age Batsuit (at launch), accessible for eligible users who create a Warner Bros. Games account, as well as those who already have an account.
Four new LEGO DC Batman sets are available now, each including in-game digital content redeemable when LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight releases. The LEGO® DC Batman™: Batman Logo set will unlock an exclusive gold Batsuit for the videogame, and the LEGO® DC Batman™: The Batman™ Batmobile™, LEGO® DC Batman™ Batman v Superman™ Batmobile™, and LEGO® DC Batman: Batman & Robin™ Batmobile™ sets include an in-game playable version of each respective vehicle, plus an exclusive gold variant of each vehicle, for the videogame.
