More of this year’s festive LEGO® offerings have been revealed today. Joining the usual Christmas-themed novelties and the latest addition to the Winter Village Collection is the Family Christmas Tree, one of the largest Christmas-themed sets ever released. However, the set isn’t just a large-scale brick-built tree; it also includes numerous festive secrets, hidden within the tree’s foliage. These include Santa’s Christmas HQ, with Mrs Claus’s kitchen, the Santa Computer, the workshop, the post room, and the Elves’ break room. It also features several unique minifigures. Alongside the usual takes on Santa and his wife, the elves include unique torsos and nods to classic LEGO themes, with both Castle and Classic Space-loving elves. Fans of the recently introduced little ‘plush’ toys can add two festive-themed versions to their collection. The feline star of last year’s Christmas ad campaign also returns. It’s a wonderful new set and can become part of your Christmas traditions as it can easily be split apart and stored in a box, ready for next year. The LEGO Family Christmas Tree arrives on October 1st.
