The world’s largest LEGO® store opens in LEGOLAND® with an exclusive experience for the first guests

A very special experience awaits the first 10 guests in the queue, who get a free LEGO® Titanic box and the opportunity to experience the world’s largest LEGO store before everyone else.

If you love building with LEGO® or just looking for a completely unique experience, then LEGOLAND® has just what you are looking for when the doors to the world’s largest LEGO store of 993.7 square meters open on Saturday 5 April. Here, the first 10 guests in the queue for the new LEGO store receive a free LEGO Titanic box (#10294) and at the same time get to experience the store and all its activities as the first. Here you will have the opportunity to make yourself as a LEGO Minifigure in the ‘Minifigure Factory’ and try your hand at the new ‘LEGO Mosaic Maker’.

In a little while, we will open the world’s largest LEGO store here in Billund, and that should of course be celebrated. That’s why we’re giving away a wild gift to the first 10 guests who come and experience our fantastic new store. Whether you are among the first or visit us later in the season, we are just looking forward to showing off the store and giving our guests a magical experience, says Niels Birkelund Hansen, Retail Director at LEGOLAND.

Lots of creativity in a clunky environment

When the store opens on Saturday 5 April, the park’s guests can look forward to unleashing their imagination and creativity in the new store. On the opening day, it will be possible to build your very own LEGO® F1® car steering wheel that can be taken home, and from 10.00 to 14.00 you can experience a real LEGO model builder from LEGOLAND® who shares his best tips, tricks and building techniques. Special for the day is that it is also possible to get a free LEGO DreamZzz teddy bear with the purchase of a LEGO or LEGOLAND product in the store (valid while stocks last).

– The opening day of our new store will be a very special event, where months of excitement and great expectations come together – both for us here at LEGOLAND and for our guests, who I hope will be pleasantly surprised when they experience the result, says Niels Birkelund Hansen.

No matter what time of the season you visit the world’s largest LEGO store, guests of all ages can challenge their creativity in the store’s new activities. In the ‘Minifigure Factory’, guests can build and personalise their very own LEGO Minifigure with completely unique designs that are only available at LEGOLAND Billund. Plus, guests can try their hand at LEGO Mosaic Maker, which can turn their own memorable photos into LEGO mosaics.
