Those of you with a good memory may remember BricksFanz was the first site to reveal the special Hamleys exclusive LEGO® Royal Guard minifigure. This special little guy was created as an exclusive item only sold in Hamleys stores and online. Well, around five years on, this popular LEGO item is no more as the Royal Guard gets his marching orders; with any currently available stock being the last. So as we were the first to welcome the iconic Hamleys Royal Guard to the world, it’s only fitting we wish it a fond farewell. There’s no word on if a similar item will replace the Royal Guard but it seems unlikely. Especially as the LEGO Group move away from single-use plastic packaging.
