The search for shards shattered is over as the final shard fragment has been found on the LEGO® Twitter account. Over the last few days, fragments of a poster have been popping up over the internet, beginning with LEGO fan media sites as well as via LEGO social media channels and websites. Now the five fragments have been found and merged, they reveal the name of the new animated NINJAGO series. It will be called NINJAGO: Dragons Rising, with the series set to begin airing in June and will introduce a number new characters. The series will also be the focus of future LEGO NINJAGO sets. It marks a new era for NINJAGO, as the series is now being worked on by a new creative team, although changes to the popular theme don’t appear to be as extreme as the LEGO Friends reboot.
