On Monday a series of new LEGO® promotions began, including a Free Zane Kendo Pod with purchases of LEGO NINJAGO products totalling £35 or more. However you may have encountered a issue when ordering, where the promotion doesn’t automatically trigger with certain sets. This is a known issue and one which LEGO are working to fix, in fact here’s there rather cool response:
I’m very sorry that the LEGO® NINJAGO® gift, the Zane Training Pod, is not adding to your basket. I’m afraid there are some sets that are not being recognised automatically and our website Ninjas are already working on it (maybe Garmadon has one of his many hands on this??).
But don’t worry, feel free to complete your order and just make sure that you are ordering at least £35 worth of NINJAGO and/or NINJAGO Movie sets and, if it doesn’t add to your order, just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to honour this promotion.
So place any valid NINJAGO products include those from both the NINJAGO and The LEGO NINJAGO Movie ranges in your basket via shop.LEGO.com and if the Pod doesn’t add automatically, simply place your order then contact LEGO Customer Services, who will manually add it to your order.
